Applying electrophysiological approaches combined with fluorescence techniques I can detect conformational rearrangements within the channel upon its gating. FAN YANG Graduate Student The study of TRPV ion channels. I use site-directed Mutagenesis and fluorescence methods to better understand the structure-function relationship of TRPV channels.
